• Media Director overseeing all advertising plan development, execution and review• Strategically plan, negotiate and execute media buys for all BAM clients • Collaborate with Interactive Department to ensure all SEM and SEO plans are being executed• Plan, execute and review all digital media buys with reps and review reports with clients • Conduct media research in multiple markets • Assist in both copywriting and direct production sessions for TV, radio, web and print• Analyze raw production footage to compile ad campaigns• Administer training programs for new account executives providing guidance, direction and mentoring to develop their skills• Responsible for coordination of the complete production of client specific ad campaigns • Lead monthly meetings to confirm complete client understanding of strategic media plan • Ensure all projects remain on schedule and within budget• Develop market snapshots for Account Executives to provide to their clients• Instrumental in the preparation of capabilities packages for prospective clients• Integral in the evolution of the BAM Lead Tracker software platform, which collects and analyzes data as well as sends automated email marketing to the current customers • Review creative for brand standards, co-op regulations and errors in content • Ensure creative is trafficked to the correct medium • Reconcile invoices and buys to ensure all media is running according to plan • Evaluate time sheets to ensure fair ad rotation• Establish best practices to reinforce proper procedures for all team members to follow to best service the agency’s clients
