HR• Recruit employee candidates and deliver recruitment testing• Screen resumes, check references, arrange interviews, run background checks • Set up new employees on all databases and email • Manage employee benefits including health insurance and transit • Define positions and roles, staff scheduling, and staff management • Orient and train new hires• Prep and deliver quarterly meetings with staff• Recruitment projects for clients • Manage employee PTO system• Process bi-weekly payroll and payroll reconciliation • Develop and ran workshops • Review and update employee handbook and policiesOffice Manager• Billing, deposits, A/R, A/P, collections, run ad-hoc reports • Update and maintain a variety of files, including: • Employee files and Subcontractor agreements and contracts • HR, Vendor, and Client files• Greet office visitors and interviewees• Receive and appropriately forward and document all phone calls• Effectively communicate with vendors, customers and internal staff to resolve inquiries • Perform customer surveys • Assist in newsletters, direct mailings, marketing, and proofreading• Support clients in coordinating Insurance Renewals and subscription cancellations• Enter data for Billing and Payroll processing• Conduct research for prospective clients
