• Manage the creation of all design for the annual marketing plan (including catalogues, advertising, show graphics, social media and point of sale material) including print buying.
• Maintain and grow relationships with trade customers and external suppliers.
• Part of the senior management team helping to make decisions on the day-to-day running of the business.

King's Lynn

• Drive and manage the successful execution of the overall marketing plan and budget (B2C & B2B).
• Manage and provide leadership to a team of six marketing team members (covering e-commerce, social media, advertising, PR, events, exhibitions and design/creative).
• Construct and ensure the successful execution of all marketing campaigns.
• Guide and manage the development of the LRUK brand, ensuring appropriate tone of voice, style and adherence to brand guidelines.
