Rachael Waldron started her career as Business Development Executive for The Tussaud’s Group, London. Her career highlights include; Head of Marketing (Royal Air Force Museum) - being responsible for the marketing remit for both public sites for over 6 years working closely with the RAF and successfully increasing footfall for both sites. Rachael Waldron transferred these skills to become Sales Manager for an independent Hotel, Management Training Centre and Spa; Whittlebury Hall. Managing a range of clients, Rachael Waldron exceeded her annual targets and developed excellent relationships with her direct accounts and colleagues. Rachael Waldron went on to become National Sales Manager at an independently family owned business; Wyboston Lakes and later became Senior Business Development Manager.As Director of Sales for the Southern Hotels, Rachael Waldron identified, researched and developed new business into these properties.
