Designed business processes for Demand Planning, Analytics, and Commercial Partners. Developed and executed User Acceptance Testing scripts prior to End User Training.Built and conducted End User Training for the North America Region, walking the end users through how to navigate the tool and execute their activities. Facilitated one-on-one knowledge transfer sessions for end users, collaboratively identifying areas for enhancements. Created wireframes with o9 team to configure the best technical design and functionality, like pacing, forecast accuracy, forecast change analyses, and setting up each planner’s desk with the products, customer level assignments, etc. Reviewed and approved the End User Manual published to all end users.

Forecasted several desks as a Demand Planner in the US Zone ranging in size between 400 to 2,100 SKUs. Utilizing statistical models, several internal and external datasets, as well as sales trend data and promotional guidance, shaped forecasts to determine most accurate forecast possible over both short- and long-term horizons, minimizing operations losses. Led monthly Demand calls with largest Field Sales and Marketing teams to align on to send to supply. Consolidated global sales partners’ forecasts, by creating an automated and streamlined forecast process to increase forecast accuracy on Exports by 9.4% year-over-year. Trained global counterparts on new automated process to improve accuracy over a two-month period with 100% adoption across sales teams. Directed weekly global service calls to implement service improvements and distribution growth, helping to identify and close gaps to increase customer satisfaction globally. Consulted with the Supply Planning team in adjusting production schedule to maintain freshest shelf life on export inventory while balancing the needs of the retail business. Launched new retail brand valued at over $100MM, aligning pipeline needs with all sales partners and coordinating 16 items nationally.Nominated as Training Champion for all of Demand Planning in the US Zone by management and leadership for the amount of training completed for all new hires, in a remote environment due to the worldwide pandemic. Created a Training Program for Demand Planners including end-to-end review of the KHC supply chain, rituals and routines, cross-functional contact lists, how-to execution guides, and quiz questions to test their knowledge.
