I have over 3 years of experience in the human resources field, including 2.5 years as a Staffing Supervisor at The Reserves Network, where I screened, recruited, and onboarded potential employees, and implemented company culture, values, and policies.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) and a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. I have developed strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, as well as a deep knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to human resources.
