While working as the Health Room Office Professional, I also acted as a classified substitute. This position required me to cover for the Office Manager who was responsible for managing substitute staff. Additional positions required monitoring attendance for 897 students, organizing student registration, and addressing ASB concerns. I was assisted in data management tasks for the Washington Immunization Information System (WAIIS) and conducting training sessions for newly hired Health Room Office Professionals.

As a Classified Substitute, I worked in elementary, middle, and high schools. I was responsible for entering student attendance data. I also served as a Health Room Office Professional, Front Desk Receptionist and performed duties for ASB, Registrar, and provided training for newly hired Health Room Office Professionals.

I performed contact tracing for COVID-19 for staff and around 2,500 students in seven school buildings. I acted as a liaison for students, families, and staff, providing current information on COVID-19 isolation protocols based on District and state guidelines. Additionally, I also ran weekly reports on COVID-19 testing and managed data entry.

I worked with handling private records and overseeing the administration of Skyward records. Additionally, I accurately recorded student attendance, and coordinated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory. Furthermore, I held state database management authorization for the Washington Immunization Information System (WAIIS).

I was involved in various tasks to develop the company from its initial stage. I was responsible for marketing, writing content, preparing proposals and grants, handling financials, and taking up any other necessary tasks.

I supervise hourly staff and am responsible for ensuring efficiency in their tasks. I also manage the annual tax processes to ensure that our business complies with all legal requirements and State laws. As part of strategic planning, I play a crucial role in preparing for future harvests, which includes analyzing data and forecasting to determine the best approach for maximizing productivity and profitability. The procurement aspect of my role involves ordering plants and other necessary supplies to support our operations. Furthermore, I have successfully led sales initiatives through word-of-mouth marketing, resulting in increased revenue for our business. My ultimate goal is to keep output at an optimal level while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting the needs of our customers.

I worked in preschool, elementary, middle, and high schools. My main responsibilities included performing various administrative tasks such as being a health room office professional and front desk receptionist. I also assisted teachers in classrooms by working with students in small groups or one on one. In the 2017-2018 school year, I specifically worked as a health room office professional at Finn Hill Middle School from November to June.
