Built & managed a team of 10 members and trained them with our new Network operations departmental polices and procedures that helps to maintain 99.99% uptime & monitor 24x7 complete SAAS infrastructure.Handled many successful projects like VMware deployments & Migrations,Built new Active directory infrastructure, implemented CRM solutions, Patch Management, Asset Management,Thorough real time experience in several monitoring tools like Orion,Uptime, Splunk, Site 24x7, Pagerduty, etc.,. Implemented ticket management system called as Servicedesk to dynamically address all our internal and external user requests and incidents and resolve them in timely manner following our company SLA's.
