Partnering with Google Finance & Controllership to build viable and secure solutions through automation for all Google's CapEx, OpEx. Mission - Visibility and Traceability, Reliability in Valuation, Productivity and Agility for all Data Center Assets & Inventory Financial functions.Led and landed a large program in 2023 that had direct impact (of several billion dollars) to Google’s bottom line by providing configuration for data center asset’s useful life definition in key phases - reverse logistics, stock transfers, remarketing, scrap & retirement.Responsible for build, delivery and support of Google’s operational support systems to manage all corporate assets. Achievements/highlights – Owner of strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for ‘Intro to Retire’ lifecycles of inventory and corporate asset lifecycle.Joined Google Fiber in early 2014 to build and support all enterprise facets of core business – City Plan & Launch, Design, Build, Deploy, and Operate.For the first few years at Google, help;ed Data Center Operations grow their global fleet and scale to new heights in terms of build speed, capacity, physical power, compute power, and sustainability. Brought in to lead development of integrated tooling framework for Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Workflow to take advantage of burgeoning $10 billion industry. Directed all product management and development efforts building a unique Java-based BPM and integration toolset for IT and administrators, with product recognition by Gartner as “a pioneering and leading tool platform” and a company first in Enterprise SaaS offerings.- Developed and released BPM and Workflow development tools for 7 major releases within a 3-year timeframe.- Collaborated across 3 organizations (Proforma, Oracle and JD Edwards) through acquisition period overcoming technical/system challenges and UX hurdles to construct a top-down and seamless product user experience.
