I work with senior stakeholders to make sure the communications that leave our business are on-brand, engaging and accessible to our vulnerable customers. This work ranges from websites, emails, forms and letter templates to large scale campaigns with audiences of over 1million.Since joining the team I've worked on the customer communications for numerous large-scale strategic projects across multiple platforms. I also help to manage the non-product marketing collateral for the business such as our member benefit campaigns.

I project managed qualitative and quantitative research projects both in-house and via agencies. Projects ranged from regulatory surveys to exploratory strategic studies. A large part of my role was stakeholder management - using their ideas to create clear, concise research briefs and communicating throughout the project to ensure we met their needs. During in-house projects I would manage everything including sample selection, questionnaire writing, data analysis and project debriefs.

In charge of Social Media development and growth whilst assisting with writing and distributing press releases and organising fundraising events.During my time there I rebranded a £50k fundraising event and organised the creation of merchandise, onboarding of fundraisers and social media coverage. I also ran the social media platform, doubling likes on facebook and increasing post engagement to 7% within a year.
