McKesson UK is a multi-brand business striving to the be UK’s leading healthcare provider. Operating within a newly created position, I am responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Team Leaders and Partners across experienced, permanent hires to ensure a first-class recruitment service to the business across all brands including LloydsPharmacy, AAH and LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare.

Responsible for driving recruitment activity for our Birmingham Delivery Centre and leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment processes. In addition, I have successfully implemented a brand new ATS to support with onshore and offshore recruitment activity, designing the process and implementing relevant training materials. I am the sole contact for all internal stakeholders regarding their recruitment needs, supporting them with recruitment best practice, sourcing initiatives and internal hires. In addition, I lead the recruitment for an Ireland based client remotely, with the recruitment of financial, language specific roles.

Reporting in to the Head of Resourcing and leading a team of 2 Recruitment Partners, I am responsible for a first class recruitment service to our Central Functions across the UK including HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales and Procurement. I partner with senior stakeholders across Central Functions to ensure the implementation of an effective recruitment strategy and manage the end-to-end process for mid to senior level roles and confidential hires.We support the business in recruiting all levels of permanent and fixed term roles based across offices and client sites.
