I'm a passionate Leadership Development Manager with over 15+ years of experience in facilitating training for emerging leaders. I'm results driven, highly analytical, and thrive when I'm able to help others. I assist with the full comprehensive program ranging from curriculum development/revision, formal training, assessment, coaching, and cultivating improved capacities to lead. It also helps that I have the knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and virtual learning methods.I love discovering authentic ways to increase productivity, motivate staff, reduce staff turnover, improve the culture, and help organizations through transition periods. I enjoy being involved in collaborations and think-tank opportunities allowing everyone to speak, listen, and learn from one another while achieving the organizational goals.I have had the tremendous opportunity to attend some of the greatest leadership schools, courses, and conferences that the Marine Corps and fire service have to offer. I was enlisted for 13 years and then went the Warrant Officer route for the last seven years. I believe that Warrant Officers help bridge the gap between officer and enlisted which translates to the civilian sector as blue collar and white collar. I greatly enjoyed every rank I had the opportunity to wear and every role I was afforded, even when there were several at once. Although I have retired from the Marine Corps and fire service roles, I still have a burning (pun intended) passion to lead and train others.
