I have more than 20 years experience, as a Psychologist, Facilitator and Executive Coach. I have coached and trained more than 1000 senior leaders worldwide with 1500+ hours of coaching thus far.I work internationally with all levels of leaders; from new leaders to C-suite leaders in a variety of industries from finance, and consulting , to the technology and medical (Immunology, Vaccines, Pharma, and BioTech) industries as leadership coach, facilitator and faculty. I use my love for leadership development, and curiosity to constantly learn new ways to support leaders. In addition to facilitating conversations on leadership, I integrate psychology, mindfulness, and neuroscience to equip leaders for a disruptive world. I am a member of the Institute of Coaching (Affiliate of Harvard Medical School).I am currently researching coaching and sense-making in developing leaders for a complex and uncertain world. In my quiet time, I enjoy writing about leadership, and psychology, and have contributed to the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have written my first book for leaders called: Unlocking leadership value in every type. A strong believer in the importance of giving back - I am a partner of Free a Girl NL, Compassion International Sponsor, Kiva partner (providing financial freedom to under-served communities by offering small loans to women and small businesses around the world). I was a board member of a trust providing educational opportunities to children in South Africa. I have also been involved in Childline and Lifeline as a crisis counsellor and was a Care clown (using fun and laughter to help children in hospitals deal with trauma) in Cape Town. A lover of the outdoors: hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, paragliding, abseiling and rock climbing.
