I leverage reports from our EMR and payroll systems to compile a comprehensive monthly productivity report for our executive team and clinic directors. Using pivot tables in Excel, I analyze and present key data, providing actionable insights that drive decision-making. I use FathomHQ for consolidating financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all entities and present current year financials at monthly leadership meetings, including comparisons to the previous year. During these meetings, I utilize Excel’s conditional formatting to highlight key variances and incorporate dynamic graphs to visually represent trends, further supporting data-driven discussions.
