At Cash App, I currently lead the Workplace Experience for the New York City and Charlotte offices. The Experience Operations team partners closely with key stakeholders alongside our security, facilities, and executive operation teams to ensure an exceptional experience in our office spaces.I also oversee the Cash App Art Collection, including the curation, procurement, purchasing, and installation of all art pieces owned by Block, Inc.

Without having a physical office to manage, I set my sights on the virtual employee experience! I automated our new hire swag program to be 100% remote, bringing the experience of being welcomed by a desk full of swag to employees' homes. Greenhouse started to assess what Returning to the Workplace would look like, and I was a key member of a 3 person team who held weekly meetings discussing the current state of the pandemic. Once we established a plan to reopen, I was in charge of evaluating, testing, and implementing a Hybrid desk booking software. I also added the Dublin office to my responsibility purview, and was able to pass that off to a local coordinator before my departure date.

I was brought on to manage the 3 floors (14k sq ft) NYC headquarters. In my first 6 months, I renegotiated our contract with our snack vendor resulting in $80k annual savings. I also implemented SLA times for our ZenDesk platform, resulting in increased efficiencies in assisting our employees. In February 2020, I was flown out to Denver to open Greenhouse's first office there! Unfortunate timing... By June 2020 I was decommissioning 2/3 floors in the NYC office. I project managed that entire process.

I managed Knotel's Headquarters of 57k square feet and 300+ employees: maintaining the facilities, ordering supplies weekly, managing vendors, and being the primary liaison with building management. I lead a daytime staff of three cleaning personnel - creating schedules, task lists, having daily huddles and providing feedback.

I was responsible for 14 client offices (80k+ sq ft) in the SoHo district of Manhattan. Across those offices, I managed 5 daytime cleaners in ensuring their tasks were completed in the building. Clients would let me know if something in their office space was not up to par and I would see that it was addressed and fixed to their satisfaction. They contacted me via ZenDesk in which I had a 20 minute response time! In addition to maintaining these client relationships, I was also responsible for our relationships with the building landlords.

I managed the CEO + Co-Founders’ personal and work schedules, crafting professional correspondence on a daily basis and booking travel and accommodations to maximize the cost benefits. I was also the point of contact across the company for ad hoc projects + research, including retail launch events, facility moves, and company parties. I planned, coordinated, and hosted quarterly meetings with board.
