Executive Recruitment Consultant (Banking & Finance Division)
Current- Is tasked to search for the best candidates that match the client’s job specifications using various means such as head-hunting, sourcing from internal company recruitment database, social networking sites.
- Assist clients with their current requirements.
- Making business development strategies such as on-site meetings with prospective clients that need reliable executive search methodologies.
- Conducts initial phone interview to all candidates. Update calls and emails to candidates and clients using Agency DBrecruitmentsoftware.
- Communicates with clients and doing client meetings to fully understand client’s job specifications for job openings.
- Build rapport and relationship to clients and candidates.
