I received my PhD in 2017 from Northwestern University in Chemical Engineering studying heterogeneous catalysis. Shortly after, I joined BASF through the North American PhD Leadership Development Program (https://on.basf.com/2nizvYE). I began in Wyandotte, Michigan supporting care chemicals production (shampoos, household cleaners, etc.). Next, I joined the Global Innovation Management team at the BASF headquarters in Ludwigshafen, Germany.
