As the Marketing Director for Penn's Northeast, a non-profit public/private partnership of agencies that assists businesses in locating to Northeastern Pennsylvania, I bring a diverse skill set that includes graphic design, marketing, and economic development. My role is vital to the organization's success in business development, partner and investor services, industrial real estate projects, prospect tours, and member recruitment.My responsibilities include utilizing my marketing and graphic design expertise to create and design all of the organizations marketing materials, as well as managing our social media, email marketing, and website. I helped with the redesign of our new website, and I regularly develop articles, write press releases, and create website content. I provide regional data and real estate options to commercial real estate brokers, site selectors and large businesses interested in locating to Northeastern Pennsylvania. I am proud of my achievements, including completing the Economic Development Course at Penn State University to enhance my career at Penn's Northeast and receiving the Top 20 Under 40 Business Professionals in Northeastern Pennsylvania Award in 2021. I serve on the Young Professionals Committee of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA).

At Positive Results Marketing, I held the position of Art Director, overseeing the Advertising/Marketing Agency and managing The Target Shopper Magazine, a monthly direct mail publication. My responsibilities included providing graphic design and creative leadership for both the graphic design and digital marketing departments, as well as playing a crucial role in business and employee development.In my capacity as Art Director, I served as the primary point of contact for local and national clients throughout the design process, ensuring that their goals for print and web design were met successfully. Additionally, I managed a team of graphic designers and digital marketing specialists, and assisted with media placement for print, radio, and television.

As the Lead Graphic Designer for The Times Leader, a daily award-winning newspaper, I oversaw the design and coordination of advertisements for both the daily and weekly publications, including special sections in the production department. In addition, I collaborated with management to implement new procedures in the production and printing departments.My achievements during my tenure at The Times Leader include being promoted to Team Leader in the Production Department based on personal initiative and dedication to excellence. I also worked closely with the IT Department on the implementation of a new Ad Tracking system called Xpance, which resulted in being named the "Super User" and go-to person for troubleshooting issues related to the system. Additionally, I was recognized as Employee of the Month for my outstanding contributions to the team.

At Rhino Media Advertising Agency, I worked as a Graphic Designer and applied my skills to create designs for various ad campaigns, packaging, print, and media.During my time at Rhino Media, I achieved several milestones, including successfully completing an internship and being offered a full-time position. Additionally, I collaborated with Manager Kevin Jones to develop a 3D presentation for the 'Wilkes Barre Riverfront Project', which showcased my ability to work effectively as part of a team while leveraging my graphic design skills.
