• Partner with Business Development Managers to develop long term relationships with local clients • Identify the client’s business and cultural nuances, as well as define the position, its functions, challenges selling points, and viability• Assist with the design of a sourcing strategy to uncover both passive and active candidates through existing and new sources to maintain an effective pool of candidates• Identify, evaluate, and summarize relevant technical experience, knowledge, hard and soft skills, and abilities in relation to job requirements• Facilitate/prepare/debrief the candidate/client interview process• Foster relationships with field employee during the assignment by following up regularly, ultimately building knowledge of needs and opportunities• Handle field employee related issues, such as coaching, counseling and making determinations to end employees’ assignments and/or terminate their employment with Volt, as necessary• Achievements: o Brought in $50K in fees for one placement by sourcing, recruiting, and placing a CIO candidate – cementing a new customer for Volt o Awarded “Recruiter of the Month” three times o Frequently recognized for strength of referral network and ability to maintain relationships

• Recruited, qualified, and interviewed administrative, light industrial, customer care, and accounting and finance candidates for placement in both contingent and direct hire positions by leveraging job boards, employee referrals, search engines, web resume mining techniques, and direct cold calling• Attended and hosted job fairs and networking events to build candidate pipeline and referral network• Worked closely with candidates to provide career guidance & match with appropriate job opportunities at client companies• Worked closely with hiring managers at client companies to assess job opening(s), represented appropriate candidates, and managed the interview/offer process• Managed the interview process between candidate and client, including relaying feedback between parties and salary negotiations• Achievements:o Designated the sole recruiter to handle all high-level retail accountso Managed client relationships directlyo Promoted up quickly from Recruiting Coordinator (less than 6 months)
