I started out as a technician in 2012, responsible for all preliminary work for the Optometrist. Later, I was a fully trained Optician and within the first year of employment I was also Sigma's pharmaceutical assistant. After 2 years I became the office Manager in which I focused on day to day operations, insurance, billing and patient satisfaction. I left Sigma to continue my education and pursue my MBA in Human Resource Management.
