Rachel Bond is a Head of Client Analytics and Customer Success at Charles Taylor. Colleagues describe her as "I managed Rachel during her internship at Milner and was very impressed by her. Rachel quickly got up to speed on the 3 projects we were working on and started contributing to client projects on day one. Throughout the internship she was motivated and flexible, handling any task we gave her with enthusiasm and using her initiative to problem-solve when issues arose. She communicated professionally with both clients and suppliers, and was confident and insightful when inputting into internal strategy meetings. Rachel was a quick learner and took feedback on board, using it to improve and refine her work. This meant that by the end of the internship she had progressed from secondary data collection to independently building an 80,000 cell market model from first principles, gathering and analysing the data for it, developing a thorough understanding of the market, constructing the model and writing slides for the final report. She subsequently led a client project, taking ownership of the process and presenting the final model results to the MD. Rachel was a valuable asset to the team and I wish her all the best in the future."
