I have actively cultivated my leadership skills through reading, study, and practice. I endeavor to lead from a place of empathy, compassion, and humor. My goal is to always deliver the best, and to inspire and encourage those around me to do the same. COMMUNICATIONCommunication skills are an important part of what I do every day. These skills are utilized in every avenue of my life, I continuing to work on them daily. Warmth, compassion, and respect are my basis for building strong connections, and I strive to lay those foundations in every interaction. I chose “hearing others” as my superpower which I bring to work every day. Customers and partners alike need to feel heard so that they are empowered to be their best selves. CREATIVITYCreativity is inspirational and enriches the lives of those it touches. I am always on the lookout for ways to utilize creativity in my both my professional and private life. I love hands on expressions of creativity, including artistic activities such as drawing, painting, costume design, and music.
