As a RPO recruiter, I worked on behalf of Comcast to fill business to consumer sales positions in Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon, Minneapolis-St Paul and the Greater Kansas City area.

As a science teacher, I constructed plans for hitting instructional benchmarks (long-term goals) and wrote daily course objectives that were used by my colleagues. I designed experiments and projects for my students, including crafting objectives and guidelines, and guided the students in completing the projects. I also designed multimedia presentations and developed materials used for instruction by other teachers. I was selected by the UCLA graduate school for education to train and mentor a student teacher and was selected by my supervisors to teach honors and AP level courses.

In this contract position, I assisted a consulting firm specializing in statistics; I was responsible for establishing and maintaining large databases in SPSS; I entered data, verified accuracy of data, and performed basic statistical analyses under the guidance of the statisticians. Utilizing my writing and editing background, I also reviewed and edited a client's website for content and technical issues and recommended changes to correct technical issues and make the website more user friendly; I also compared the website content to 3rd party requirements to ensure it was in compliance.

As a talent scout for CRI (a RPO company), my primary responsibilities included reviewing resumes and conducting prescreen phone interviews for sales positions and sourcing for finance/accounting professionals. In the phone interviews, I used behavioral based questions and determined if the candidates met the needs of the hiring managers; I recommended top candidates for the next step in the interview process. The role also required sourcing for passive candidates using Boolean searches, organizations, web sourcing, cold calling, social media, and job boards. I exceeded goals for screened candidates hired by client and surpassed goals for sourcing passive candidates.
