Rachel Bromage is the founder of West Coast Property Revival, a new business in Western Australia offering an end-to-end refurbishment service for apartment owners. Drawing from 25 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Rachel brings her extensive expertise in management rights, strata-titled buildings, developments, and refurbishments to this exciting new venture. West Coast Property Revival is set to become a leading name in property refurbishment, driven by Rachel’s commitment to excellence and high standards.Previously, as successful East Gippsland tourism operator for many years, Rachel and Adrian joined forces with Peninsula Hot Springs founder and director, Charles Davidson, to create Metung Hot Springs – a geothermal bathing and wellness destination, just a 20-minute walk from the charming seaside village of Metung.Growing up visiting the original Metung springs as a child, Metung Hot Springs is the realisation of Rachel’s lifelong dream to reignite a hot springs bathing experience in her hometown. (Metung was actually the location of Victoria’s first hot springs, dating back to the 1930s).Rachel brings considerable tourism and hospitality experience to her ventures. She spent an amazing 6 years working on the Metung Hot Springs project, combining her significant local tourism experience with the expertise behind Australia’s most visited hot spring.Prior to this, Rachel was co-owner and director of Victoria’s oldest boutique hotel, The Riversleigh in Bairnsdale, for more than seven years. Together with her husband Adrian, she conceived and managed a major refurbishment of the hotel – originally built in 1884 – introducing new service standards that made it widely recognised as one of Victoria’s best boutique hotels.Rachel and Adrian also purchased the management rights and operated the highly acclaimed McMillians of Metung Coastal Resort from 2010 to 2013, enhancing its profile to make it one of Victoria’s premium coastal resort destinations. Her extensive experience includes the 5 Knots development of eight boutique apartments at Shaving Point, Metung, and running The Moorings of Metung luxury accommodation destination for almost eight years.Rachel’s vast experience and passion for high standards and exceptional service continue to drive her success in the tourism and hospitality industry, ensuring her new venture, West Coast Property Revival, will be another major achievement.
