I am a passionately inclusive business leader with a unique set of skills gained from a legal background, broad exposure to a variety of management roles, and global management experience. I have been deeply involved with the energy transition, particularly as former CEO of Pacific Hydro and former Chair of the Clean Energy Council. I am known for leading both with my head and my heart - I combine extensive knowledge of the energy industry and a curious and strategic mindset with an approach centred on genuine care for those around me. This has enabled me to move across functional areas, rapidly learning new areas of business while helping teams to unlock their potential.During my time at Pacific Hydro, we: - grew our installed generation capacity, building new wind and solar farms- branched out into new areas of technology, including solar, pumped hydro and batteries - significantly grew our retail business, Tango, to differentiate ourselves from competitors and provide deeper strategic options for the company. I also enjoy mentoring others, helping them to realise their greatness.
