I have been fortunate enough to watch this business boom. I began working for the company in March 2014 as a sales assistant. My sales record is the highest in the company and my customer service is second to none, so I am often told. I was promoted in August 2015 to Assistant Manager.

Within the residential care setting I was responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to vulnerable adults. During my time with the company I was responsible, along with the team, for the implementation of a new care planning system. It was an arduous but important task and with many extra hours of work we completed it together. My responsibilities included medication rounds, care planning, supervisions, liaising with medical professionals, time sheets and weekly rota's.

Whilst working for Age U.K. I supported the whole charity. Working within the day centres, home care, night and day shifts in the residential setting as well as supporting the day care & respite centre specialising in Alzheimer's & dementia.
