Managed six-employee department to ensure proper and timely completion of all bookkeeping and payroll tasks while processing bookkeeping/payroll tasks for and maintaining relationship with my specific list of 25+ clients. Responsible for maintaining financial records for the organization using Quickbooks Accounting Software, assisting the managing accountant with year-end closing of the financial records, creating and maintaining content for the organization’s website, and completing various administrative tasks, including communication with members/colleagues, coordinating staff roles in projects, and tracking/reporting of projects.

As an on-site supervisor for 20 to 50 employees at Nationals Stadium, I was responsible for checking in/out employees, assuring they are at correct locations and completing tasks in a satisfactory manner, and resolving issues that may arise. As an accounting assistant, I was responsible for general data entry, bank reconciliations, and other tasks as assigned.
