At Todd Trierweiler & Associates I am responsible for answering phones, scanning files, greeting clients and filing. I am also in charge of processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as ordering office supplies, receiving payments and opening/closing the office.

I work at the counter and exit booth at the Portland International Airport. This job allows me to help customers check in, and make sure that the car they are renting is safe and everything is ready to rent. I also ask customers about how their customer service experience was with Enterprise and almost all of them are very pleased. I also do some sales work with this job, I sell prepaid gas, GPS, and sometimes upgrade them to better cars. Even though sales isn't a big part of my position, it has given me some sales experience.

I started out as an intern at Insurance Master’s NW. After 3 months of interning I was offered a part time customer service position. I work for Corey Kaster, who is a Farmer’s Insurance Agent. I file and scan paperwork, clean the office, greet customers, and answer phones. This has given me valuable customer service/office experience.

I volunteer a couple times a month for Furry Friends with a few other people. I am responsible for making sure all the animals are accounted for, feeding them, and cleaning their living areas.

I volunteered at least once a week for a few months at The Salvation Army Warehouse. This work was very physically demanding but spiritually fulfilling. I enjoyed this work a lot because I had the opportunity to work with others in an environment that was friendly and supportive. My duties in this job were to pack and inspect food bags according to the amount of supplies that were available, and instruct others on how to pack the food bags and load them into a bin.
