Helped individuals find job opportunities based on what they were looking for and connected them with positions that would allow for continued development. Staffed temporary personnel for schools, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, corrections, and other facilities for full-time contracts. Monitored the qualifications of external employees and requested updated copies of all expired credentials for our Joint Commission Accreditation. Maintained an excellent relationship with caregivers by addressing concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner. Performed on-call duties after business hours, on weekends and holidays.

Managed and conducted 10-day new hire training cohorts and oversaw all ongoing training needs center wide. Led a team of Training and Program Specialists, identified deficits in therapy implementation, and addressed deficits by creating and delegating specific plans. Collaborated with Clinical Director and Behavior Analysts to ensure client specific training was conducted with integrity. Conducted 1:1 therapy to children with autism and other intellectual disabilities as a Registered Behavior Technician. Provided Certified Red Cross First Aid/AED/CPR Training and QBS Safety-Care Training to all staff members. Conducted tours and interviews for prospective Behavior Technicians and completed I-9 onboarding process. Audited medical billing notes and communicated feedback to staff and billing note department.
