I oversee the production of our online teaching courses, which is quickly becoming the most lucrative area of the business. I coordinate the process from commission, content planning, filming and post-production right through to the branding and marketing of the courses. Because it is a small department, I am very much hands-on throughout the process. I organise the filming of the course, doing everything from organising locations, catering and transport, as well as directing the talent on the shoot. I also work very closely with the editor in post-production, the marketing team, and the graphic designer to ensure the finished products are the very best they can be.

Assist in events, publicity and editorial. Also work on reception.

My responsibilities include training new staff and running functions. Good customer service manner and working well under pressure is essential.
