Carr2 Real Estate, headed by Rachel and Scott Carr, is a boutique firm, working to ensure you get the very best service, the very best advice and the very best experience!Rachel is a graduate of The University of Maryland, College Park, with a BA and Masters in psychology. She LOVES helping people buy and sell properties, supporting and advocating for them throughout the process. She currently is an administrator for the prestigious Smith School of Business at UMD and prior to taking the plunge into real estate, Rachel worked as a director of behavioral supports for adults and children with autism... so she has been advocating for others for a VERY LONG TIME... She knows Advocacy and Negotiations! Scott is also alumni of The University of Maryland, College Park and Loyola University of Maryland, with a BA and MBA. Scott has over 20 years of national executive experience and is currently owner and local general contractor… over the years working in residential and commercial construction, solar, green home and electrical... He knows Construction and Renewables! Scott and Rachel met at the University of Maryland, College Park, and in the over 30 years together have made 2 interstate moves and many others within Maryland. They have invested in real estate, fix and flips, rentals and of course... solar. Together they have expertise at ALL levels of real estate management, negotiations, and investment.
