Rachel is highly motivated, diverse, and professional. She has a passion for her community, early childhood education, and the arts.Following a successful career as a Florida and Georgia lead paralegal to a nationally recognized firm, she switched gears and began to focus on her two passions; art and community. This journey led her to participate in local non-profits, organize community events, and unite communities.Rachel, a Pensacola native, is particularly proud to have provided leadership roles within two area non-profits benefiting the community and The Arts. She served as a managing member of, 501(c)3, Bare Hand Collective; and served on the board of directors for the innovated, 501(3)c, Pensacola Positivity. Rachel is also an artist, she has an emerging art career in mixed media.As Bare Hand Collective's Market Manager she provided small local businesses the opportunity network and connect within the local community while cultivating a positive, creative, and welcoming environment. As an artist herself, she knows how important networking and positivity are to the development of business relationships.Coming from a background in restaurant management and then as a lead paralegal, she is well versed in critical thinking, knowledgeable in problem solving methods, is impeccably organization, and fiercely decisive with a zealous desire to achieve goals.Expanding on her creative talents, Rachel enjoys freelancing for area businesses as a social media creator. Rachel and her husband, Michael, formed a waste collection business specializing in junk removal in early 2022. Together they've moved literal tons of junk from Santa Rosa and Escambia County residences and commercial properties ranging from construction materials, to hoarder home clean-out, to yard debris.Rachel is focused on continued personal and professional improvements to further aid as a well equipped community leader and small business owner.
