Administrative responsibilities include providing crisis management to students in the Chicago Catholic School District and providing site supervision to clinical interns. Psycho-education and psychotherapy is conducted in individual and group settings with students between the ages of five and thirteen years. Presenting issues in counseling include trauma (physical and sexual abuse, exposure to domestic or community violence and poverty, school bullying, grief and loss), Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorder, Learning Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and self-harm behaviors. Brain Train cognitive training is provided to students with ADHD and Learning Disabilities to increase their academic performance. Facilitated an after school Creative Movement program that using dance therapy to increase emotional expression.
