My role at Fresh Hope provides me the opportunity to work alongside all our managers and team members across the whole organisation to build our leadership capacity and support the growth of employee engagement. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach I assist to build 'coach like' capability throughout Fresh Hope, supporting employees to better understand their individual strengths and the strength of their teams.

When working with Fresh Hope Care, I was able to support the learning and development of our aged care staff, including the development and implementation of a training matrix; implementation of eCase clinical database, writing all training materials and providing on the job training and support; rollout of a frontline leadership program; providing support and development for our site Educators; creation and facilitation of ad hoc training and development as required.

North Ryde

At Achieve Australia, I worked with the senior management team to identify, design, schedule and deliver all compulsory and mandatory training for the organisation. I coordinated and delivered end-to-end the annual staff conference for over 130 delegates. I also coordinated and implemented Person Centred Active Support training, including the train-the-trainer program.

In this contract role I was contracted to design and deliver end-to-end training for new procurement framework, rolled out across the organisation. I developed and delivered workshops to improve identified skills and knowledge gaps in negotiations and specification writing with focus on professional growth linked to performance objectives.
