Streamlined clean cookstove installation monitoring and reporting by establishing a data pipeline between field data collection tool (Open Data Kit) and R, then built a Spanish-language Shiny app to display stove building metrics per staff requests. Designed and built an 8-tab Shiny dashboard in R that accessed Salesforce data, enabling staff and board members to quickly and consistently monitor donor and grant trends over a 4-year period.

As News Editor I was responsible for hiring and managing approximately 10 writers for the news section. The paper comes out twice a week, and I found story ideas, gave assignments, edited stories, and worked with writers to teach them the principles of journalistic writing.
