Research has proven that walking is good for our mental health.I provide the unique opportunity for you to walk and talk with me in natural environments at your own pace. I will listen with acceptance and understanding, giving you the space to explore what you need to move forward.

Counselling FE and HE students (16years and above). My aim is to give students a supportive and compassionate space to talk so they can understand how and why they maybe feeling a certain way. They can then begin to find new ways to move forward in their lives.
