Package Pals is a circular packaging initiative for businesses and the earth. Founded to tackle the growing packaging waste generated by online shopping and COVID-19, we supply 2nd-hand packaging to e-commerce businesses. Since 2020, we have saved over 20,000 pieces of packaging from going to the landfill and worked with over 200 e-commerce businesses. As co-founder, my time is split between logistical planning, collaborations & partnership work. I seek to provide innovative ideas and a business-oriented perspective while maintaining our position as a community-driven ground-up initiative. I also oversee our business development team & lead strategic partnerships with organisations such as SUN-DAC, Our Tampines Hub and, previously, Lazada. Intern with UOB's Corporate Sustainability Office under the 12-week Summer Internship Program.

Risk Services Intern under the Sustainability & Climate Change Team at PwC Singapore, providing advisory services to clients on ESG matters. Responsibilities include evaluating and providing recommendations on clients' sustainability strategies and reporting, and conducting research on ESG efforts regionally and beyond. Clients include large firms from industries spanning across financial services, educational institutions and regulatory sectors.

Intern and Evaluation Analyst at B Lab Singapore, the Singapore office of B Lab Global and issuer of the B Corp certification. Responsibilities included evaluating prospective businesses' certification evaluations, conceptualising and leading outreach strategies, and coordinating with both corporate and community stakeholders to organise private roundtables and public events. As the B Corp certification is industry- and size-agnostic, the internship provided rich insights into how UN SDGs and ESG practices can be incorporated into businesses across diverse sectors.

Research assistant in Professor Cheng Chi Ying's lab, assisting with research in the fields of cultural psychology and bicultural identity. Responsibilities included facilitating research studies, conducting secondary research on relevant topics and assisting PhD students with their dissertations.

Student intern for SMU's Youth Ecosperity Dialogue 2022, a regional youth conference supported by Temasek Foundation.Worked with the SMU organising committee to plan and execute the week-long YED 2022, managing almost 100 youth delegates from around Asia. Some key responsibilities included:- Coordinating with external stakeholders such as Changi Airport Group and StartupX to conduct experiential site visits and case challenges- Moderating a session on Environmental Citizenship and the Geographies Of Responsibility- Overall facilitating delegates' learning and development throughout YED 2022

Iterative Health (previously Iterative Scopes) is a Boston-based, software-only gastrointestinal data company, working on AI products that enable gastroenterologists to better detect lesions and prevent colon cancer.Worked closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the VP of Clinical Operations to:- Develop training materials and lead feature recognition training for a data annotation team, for the development of the company's new product- Conduct research on the colon disease landscape, potential partners and existing papers published on the application of AI in colon disease detection- Pioneer 2 team management platforms, including a cross-departmental platform for knowledge sharing- Track conferences of interest to the company, with a monthly presentation to the CCO and CEO- Assist in the conceptualisation of the company's publicity strategy, and carry out preliminary research on publicity opportunities in the professional medical and tech field
