Global Visioneering is an annual prize design discovery process led by XPRIZE Domain experts and Brain Trust members (world-renowned innovators, thought leaders, industry experts, and entrepreneurs) to solicit radical moonshot ideas for further development and fundraising.Each year, Brain Trust members chart a path from vision to breakthrough by developing prize competitions that can overcome the barriers along the way. These prize competitions serve as the focal point of XPRIZE's yearly capstone event.In my role, I steward the the planning and execution of the Global Visioneering program. I am accountable to XPRIZE C-suite leadership for the success of the program and interface with external executives and industry leaders to produce desired outcomes and drive global impact. In addition, I am responsible for content development, community management, and the successful execution of XPRIZE's primary fundraising event each year.

Racial Equity Alliance: Helped build and maintain an Alliance ecosystem of corporate partners, thought leaders, and sponsors. Responsible for producing quarterly grant and impact reports. Planned and executed strategic events and engagements for Alliance partners, sponsors, and guests. Extensively researched potential competition designs to advance racial equity in the areas of infant and maternal health, food security, criminal justice reform, and economic empowerment. Worked closely with program director and project manager to design, launch, and operate the $50k Ideas Competition, geared towards advancing educational equity.Global Visioneering: Responsible for collaborating with internal leadership and external thought leaders to develop prize concepts in the domains of Space & Exploration, Health, Biodiversity & Conservation, Climate & Energy, and Learning & Society. Responsible for driving the 2022 Global Visioneering virtual and in-person event program. Primary relationship manager to more than 120 executives, academics, and industry experts.
