I take pride in being successful at working in a remote environment for the last 12 years. Some find this very challenging, however, this is where I thrive. As a very self-motivated individual, this comes naturally to me.Training and development is something I am have always been very passionate about. I believe that to have a successful team, the basics must be taught and performed well, and the complete understanding of all products is key. Without this basic requirement, it is near impossible to pass this onto clients.I have successfully trained and mentored several groups of people. From team members, to clients, all with a proven result. Over the years, I have been given the opportunity to move between customer facing roles, to back end development / web design positions and Real Estate. Learning new and invaluable skills along the way. This is something I have always enjoyed. I am a hardworking, detail orientated individual that strives for perfection in everything I do. I always ensure everything is done to the highest standard, and in a timely manner. This is invaluable in the Real Estate environment.
