As a People Analytics Consultant and Leader, I am passionate about creating, collaborating, and consulting on employee listening, research measurement, and analytics that evaluate HR programs and inform people strategy. I have extensive expertise in the implementation and management of the Qualtrics EX platform which ensures reliable and valid employee sentiment. In combination with objective employee data through Workday, Archebus, and other sources, I can paint a full picture of the employee experience.
