As the Middle School Community Outreach lead, I oversee the operational and management aspects of our outreach program, ensuring seamless coordination between UW mentors, middle school mentees, and organizational resources.• Selected to co-lead monthly lessons on engineering for women and non-binary middle school students• Created STEM-related lessons involving hands-on activities and programming tutorials to engage prospective engineers• Volunteered at local Title I and LAP-Funded Seattle schools to provide in-person lessons, interactive presentations, and supplies for activities for underrepresented students interested in the STEM field

Led engineering events to expose underprivileged middle school students in the Seattle School District to engineering and computer science. Hosted workshops and classes at each middle school that integrated a new CS activity to introduce the concepts of pseudocode and programming control of flow to students.

Researched open-source large language models (LLMs) and summarized various LLM research papers. Evaluated LLMs using prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to integrate into the AI email assistant system. Worked directly with company CEO, leading to company adopting my recommended LLM.

Developed full-stack website for Bugis, a Korean-fusion restaurant. Worked on a six person team through WebImpact, a UW affiliated website development organization. Integrated online-ordering platform and interactive visual menu. Utilized JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS to implement UI/UX design features

Taught languages, including JavaScript, LUA, and C#, to elementary and middle-school-aged students. Guide students on coding projects. Develop and teach curriculum. Lead summer camps. Conduct tours for prospective students and present information to their parents.
