Responsible for creating and organizing curriculum for 25+ programs across the country. Providing support and training for STEM curriculum to be delivered to middle school students.

Created and facilitated STEM programming to 20+ middle school students. Lead STEM teacher and mentor to younger college students looking to expand their education skills. Coordinated schedules of 30+ college volunteers and communicated weekly schedule. Programming ran twice a week for 6-10 weeks, three times per school year.

Responsible for production support and operations-focused projects. Working with engineering and CI teams to complete projects that improve safety and on-time delivery, contributing to overall plant success. Participant in OM-LDP program, dedicated to the professional development of future Eaton engineers through intern and new hire committees.

Part of the first cohort of student fellows, focused on fostering the MSOE Mindset on campus and promoting project-based learning in the classroom. Provided support to faculty and organized events on campus to promote wellness and academic success.

First student hired to participate in program providing mentors for FIRST Robotics team in inner-city Milwaukee. Mentored 15+ robotics teams for K-12 students, and served as a role model and mentor for incoming college students joining the program. Helped to plan and run events through the MSOE STEM department.

Challenged with ownership of impactful projects such as leading the improvement of a data acquisition platform, managing data analysis, and providing support to production line and new product manufacturing team.

Responsible for running up to four machines on production floor, gaining experience in CNC and cam-phasing machines. Shadowed engineers responsible for continuous improvement projects and represented company at Fluid Power Consortium.

Co-lead on electrical mapping project for production plant. Responsible for assisting in mechanical assembly of Fanuc robot.
