Rachel A. Jarvis is a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law and is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Florida. She attended Marshall University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 2005 obtaining a bachelor degree in criminal justice legal studies, a minor in French, and an associate degree in legal assisting. Rachel enjoys world travel and studied abroad in France, Brazil, and Mexico focusing on language, foreign policy, and business. While attending law school, Rachel became Rule 10 certified which allowed her to practice as a third year law student. She represented clients in need of domestic violence petitions and helped clients maintain public housing and government benefits.
