I am a working mom with several years of varied experience. Most recently I have experience in collections, but I also have experience in behavioral health and significant experience in administrative tasks.My English Literature and Language degree has given me excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking skills, and analysis skills. I was also on the Dean's List for a few years, which demonstrates my intelligence and work ethic.Before beginning my healthcare journey, I had a six-year-long career at Republic Bank where I rose through the ranks of the call center extremely quickly while also attending college full time. My experience at the bank gave me experience preventing fraud and dealing with disgruntled customers.Pretty soon after pivoting my career from banking to healthcare, I discovered that my passion lies in working with children and/or individuals with mental and emotional difficulties, as well as advocating for transparency in healthcare and providing patients and parents with plentiful and helpful resources. I am a Registered Behavior Technician and very much enjoyed my time doing that work.I am currently looking for a remote and/or part time role that would allow me to showcase my extensive and varied experience. I would love to work for a family friendly company with upstanding values.
