I'm a Richmond native whose built a career around the Talent Experience. I have built a brand as a problem solver and process excellent SME. I'm currently working as a Project and Program Manager with Wolters Kluwer in the Talent Managment space. I've thoroughly enjoyed getting make a cultural impact through development projects throughout their global footprint. I joined Amazon Web Services as an Employee Referral Channel Specialist in May 2022, but had the opportunity to move to Wolters Kluwer in May 2023 to help manage projects around Talent Management. My previous role was at Capital One as a Events Lead for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging recruiting and team Scrum Master, PSM1. I worked with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure we have a healthy, diverse pipeline of candidates for our Professional tracks through developing and executing broad event strategies while holding ourselves accountable to performance excellence. Previously, I supported Interviewer Calibration and the design of Talent Assessment tools. I partnered with recruiting manager and business leaders to grow and manager their supply of interviewers. I've also worked to ensure the security and relevance of certain selection tools. When I first joined Capital One, I managed the end to end Referral Pipeline Development process. I worked with recruiting managers to develop campaigns for sourcing top referral talent across all lines of business. Before transitioning to a new role, I constructed and worked on the roll out of an entirely new referral policy, including consulting on the creation of a new referral system. I routinely use my BPM and Scrum Master certifications to ensure processes are well managed, and that execution matches intent. Outside of work, I love to travel internationally and want to explore opportunities that would allow me to do more of that. I’m also an avid gym goer, foodie, cellist, and classical music fan!
