My experience is three-fold:● Design: I work with buyers on their interior finishes; from cabinet design, to creating color stories that encompass flooring, countertops, shower tile, plumbing, door hardware, baseboards, window coverings and everything else involved in completing someone’s dream home. I help guide buyers through these selections while balancing their “wants” with their budget “needs”. I create tile diagrams and prepare extensive design packets for the field.● Sales, Estimating: I have assisted high-end custom builders and worked extensively with their homebuyers and/or designers. This included Martis Camp and Tahoe/Truckee projects, projects in Montreux as well as many of the Toll Brothers model complexes. I was able to control these projects from blueprint phase to close of escrow, providing my own takeoffs, material order quantities, labor pricing, adding desired builder margin when applicable, while providing the best possible experience for the client while maintaining a healthy bottom line for the builder and our business.● Sales: I have worked with builders on community startups. I helped determine the included materials for the project and specified the materials for myself (and others) to bid from.
