My work spans Arctic policy, sustainable fisheries, advocacy for rural communities, and leadership development. As Founder & CEO of Arctic Encounter—the largest Arctic policy and business event in North America—we convene U.S. and international leaders to advance solutions in the Far North. Through Kallander & Associates, I provide impact strategy and advocacy services, supporting clients by generating momentum through human capital and strategic partnerships across the U.S. and globally. I am also the Owner and Publisher of The Cordova Times, a 110-year-old Alaskan newspaper, which serves as a platform to elevate the voices of my home region and breaking news. Last, but certainly not least, I am the Founder of INTRA Retreats, a meditation and personal growth experience.
