I started working in Success Options the moment I graduated college. It was unexpected and unplanned for me to work there and because of the circumstance, I was brought in as a temp. Sometimes, the best things that happen are unplanned, and this experience is one of those. Because of the environment that we have, I was encouraged to give ideas and to contribute that, as our company grew, I grew as well.It's been a year since the new arm of Success Options was opened to training and consultancy yet everyday is still an adventure. Opportunities for professional and personal growth and innovation are given to us constantly, and our flat organization allows us to be solid as a team. I can see myself staying in this company for a long time.
