As an experienced Registered Social Worker and the Director of Contemporary Coordination, I am dedicated to leading a dynamic and diverse team in delivering exceptional support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching services throughout South Australia. My role involves steering our organisation to meet the unique needs of individuals, ensuring they receive tailored and effective support.My career prior to establishing Contemporary Coordination in 2020 holds a robust background in case management, mental health, disability, refugee, community development and out of home care programs, alongside training and consultancy services where I have made significant strides in advancing LGBTIQA+ competencies within disability and mental health services. This experience has honed my ability to drive inclusivity and foster equitable practices across various sectors.In my leadership role, I am guided by a strong moral compass and a commitment to authenticity and equality. My organisational acumen and proactive mindset enable us to not only meet but exceed the expectations of those we support. I am deeply passionate about creating environments where individuals are respected and empowered to live the lives they choose.In addition to my role at Contemporary Coordination, I proudly serve as a Committee Member for Circle of Friends Australia (COFA), a volunteer-run refugee and asylum seeker support service.
