Rachel Lane, MSW is currently working as a clinician at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in their adolescent residential treatment facility for children and teens in need of additional support for their mental health needs. Rachel has experience in working with adults, adolescents, and children in acute and residential care settings. Rachel is a recent graduate from the University of South Florida where she received her MSW. During her education, Rachel completed an internship with BayCare Health Systems in an acute psychiatric facility. Aside from clinical work, Rachel is passionate about advocating for LGBTQ+ youth and incorporates a gender-affirming approach with all clients. As well, Rachel has previous experience working with college students in eating disorders recovery and advocates for the use of the health at every size (HAES) approach.
